Eligibility

Greece’s visa program has several eligibility requirements which must be fulfilled in order for you to successfully obtain a visa. Primarily, the applicant will be required to invest in real estate.

Real estate investment: Foreign investors must contribute a minimum of €250,000 in Grecian commercial or residential real estate. Investors must also budget for Greece’s additional taxes on real estate, resulting in a total of approximately €300,000.
